I’m August Kristopher, and my art is a journey across styles, emotions, and worlds. At my core, I’m drawn to the flowing textures of impressionism and the bold shapes of abstraction and landscapes that bend reality, colours that carry mood, and brushstrokes that speak louder than words. But I don’t stay in one lane, some of my work pushes forward into the futuristic, visions of what could be while other pieces lean playful and cartoon-like, bright with energy and vibrant with colour. I create characters that feel alive, sometimes heroic like guardians of imagined realms, sometimes strange or unsettling, dipping into horror to reveal the shadows behind the light. For me, art is never just one thing, It’s abstract and impressionist, futuristic and cartoon, beautiful and terrifying. It’s all part of the same spectrum, a reflection of imagination without limits.
